Processing time:

- Orders are processing within 3-5 business days

- For Custom Orders, please allow 2-3 weeks

unless otherwise specified

-Once custom order is completed pictures will be sent before shipping order out 

 

Shipping:

-All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground as of 2020( Unless otherwise specified)

-All international orders can be shipped either

*First Class Package International or

*Priority mail international or

*UPS International

*Tracking will be sent via email once order has shipped

* Once orders are shipped I am not responsible for delays, damaged packages or lost items caused by carrier

* All wig sales are final

* I do not except returns or exchanges for hygienic purposes
